My Night Routine Lately
I have a pretty simple night routine.
take care of my hygiene (shower, brushing teeth, etc)
then read something to fall asleep
But lately, with some unexpected changes in my schedule, I have added catching up with whatever routine from the morning that I missed. Like, for example, today, I couldn’t work out in the morning but was able to complete it before I started my night routine. Sidenote, GrowwithJo is my favorite YouTuber to work out with. I brought her app subscription last month and have been loving having everything on the app. We are also doing a challenge on there!
Being more flexible is one of my goals for this year, especially when it comes to tasks that help me better myself. I’m not restricted to working out only in the morning; I can do it at night or midday. As a morning person, I do most tasks before I get to work or school, so my morning routine is packed with things I need to do. But that is for another time…
